As a Universal Worker, it is your responsibility to aid in the varying aspects demonstrated in each department as needed.
Responsibilities + Duties
- Aiding in laundry pick up, washing, and folding
- Assisting dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving out dishes
- Help Activities Director setup for events involving furniture moving, buffet setup, and decor adornment
- Solve resident problems that arise such as communicating to Chef a substitute food choice for dinner
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Embody professional appearance and interaction with all residents, family, and other staff
- Other duties may be assigned

- The individual is adept at multitasking

Medical Technician

As a Medical Technician (Med Tech) it is your responsibility to aid in the resident’s varying daily health needs.
Responsibilities + Duties
- Daily recording of all vitals to ensure regularity
- Checking blood sugars
- Assisting in medication distribution and reminders
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Check all medications are verified through doctors prescriptions
- Watching for abnormal fluctuations in health
- Embody professional appearance and interaction with all residents, family, and other staff
- Other duties may be assigned

As a Cook, it is your responsibility to assist in the creation of nutritious, tasty meals that adhere to varyingthe diet requirements of the residents.
Responsibilities + Duties
- Assisting with daily meal preparation and serving
- Taking into account all residents with special dietary requirements (this can mean making specialty meals not on the regular menu)
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Exercising attention to detail with specialty diet dishes, presentation, and flavor
- Assisting the Director of Dietary with food preparation, plating, restocking, and keeping a clean workspace
- Other duties may be assigned
Experience
- Previous experience as a prep cook, line cook, or restaurant cook
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately
- Basic understandings of recipe creation, cookware, cooking techniques, safety procedures
